Every property is different, so these are ranges, not quotes. The low end of each range is leaf removal and shrub trimming. The high end is the full package with tree work, fertilization, weed treatment and winter protection.
Standard Suburban Lot
Up to 1/4 acre
$500 to $2,200
The typical Twin Cities suburban lot. Starts at $500 for leaf removal and shrub trimming. Older quarter-acre lots with a dozen mature trees land higher in the range.
Larger Suburban Lot
About 1/2 acre
$800 to $3,300
Double the lot, more beds, usually more mature trees. Starts at $800 for cleanup and trimming, runs to $3,300 for the full package.
Small Acreage
1 to 2 acres
$1,200 to $5,500
Enough property that leaf volume alone becomes a real job. Tree work is usually the biggest variable at this size.
Acreage Property
3 to 5 acres
$3,000 to $7,500
Large lots out toward Cottage Grove, Afton and Dellwood. These always get a site visit before we quote.
